TUT determined to live up to Red Army legacy says Bushy Moloi [VIDEO]

TUT head coach Bushy Moloi believes his side’s strong response after a difficult start has shown the character within the Red Army as they continue their Varsity Football campaign.

TUT endured a challenging opening result but quickly turned things around, responding with victories and building momentum as the tournament progressed. Moloi believes the team’s ability to learn from setbacks has been key to their progress.

"We started our tournament well, although we lost our first game, we came back by correcting ourselves and winning," he said.

With TUT continuing to push towards the latter stages of the competition, Moloi says the team is motivated by its proud history and the expectation that comes with representing the Red Army.

"We deserve respect; we are the Red Army. We are the only university that has won more than others and been to the final more than others."

Moloi and his charges will now look to continue their fight as they target another strong Varsity Football campaign.
