The countdown to Varsity Netball 2026 is underway and campuses across the country are getting ready to celebrate the return of one of South Africa's most exciting university netball competitions. Ahead of the opening centre pass, campus launches will bring players, students and supporters together to build the excitement and showcase what makes university netball so special.

More than simply introducing the teams, the campus launches are where the #iLOVEit spirit comes alive. From celebrating university pride to getting behind the players who will represent their institutions, each launch will give supporters the chance to be part of the Varsity Netball experience before the competition begins.

Fans can expect vibrant campus atmospheres filled with squad announcements, music, competitions, sponsor activations, cheerleader performances and plenty of opportunities to show their university colours. ore the battle for Varsity Netball glory gets underway.

UFS: 29 Aug, 10.30am – 12pm, UFS Netball Outside Courts

Tuks: 10 Sept, 10am-2.30pm, Piazza, Hatfield Campus
